( Outside Anne's apartment there is a little pile of stuff: a book on Impressionism, old and battered, that Donny sought out from somewhere. No note and no explanation, because he didn't really know what to say, but inside there is an inscription, carefully penned to be less clumsy than usual:

For Lady Anne.

Inside there is, of course, segments on Money and Van Gogh. The following two paintings are bookmarked with post-its. (Purple post-its, they're all he has left.

Okay he feels really bad about that conversation and he has a lot of time with... not sleeping right now. )
